Position type: 12 months contract with opportunity to become permanent.

We wish to recruit a bright graduate to join our Service Delivery team. The successful candidate should have experience of managing jobs to tight timescales, upholding standard working procedures and delivering a high-quality service to both clients and internal teams. Knowledge of transactional/direct mail and an understanding of digital and litho printing would be extremely advantageous. You will be confident explaining complex matters to clients whether face to face, in writing or on the phone, able to quickly understand new concepts and have a keen eye for detail combined with high productivity levels.

As an Account Executive you will be the daily point of contact for your allocated clients and will be personally responsible for managing the clients’ established jobs in support of the Contract Managers, developing client relationships, and providing outstanding client service and support for all our products.

Subject to performance, hybrid working may be available upon successful completion of the probation period.


  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent accuracy in all areas, especially numeracy and literacy with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Outstanding time management ability, working to various deadlines with a high level of responsiveness.
  • Effective and professional communication skills on the telephone, via email and face to face.
  • The ability to be self-motivated, extremely organised and pro-active.
  • The skills to juggle multiple tasks and clients, prioritising effectively and ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Adherence to the standard working practices and procedures.
  • The tenacity to strive to exceed client’s expectations, developing strong client relationships.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude, confidence to ask questions and a positive outlook towards improvements.
  • Excellent record keeping and administration.
  • To work as part of an established team to meet company objectives.
  • The ability to understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to various internal teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Experience using a print MIS would be advantageous.
