the speed of sorting this issue was brilliant and Jade was a fantastic help. What we were not too impressed with as an organisation was that your link had changed when i went on to it and we were still to be using V1, but the link we had was V2, but that is not the fault of Jade, as soon as she realised that the link was incorrect it was sorted very quickly.
